Kevin Dear was one of Origin's founding executive members in 2006 and has helped to turn the company into one of the fastest growing home financing organizations today. In 2008, Kevin moved into the role as Director of Sales and Recruitment, while continuing to share responsibility for Origin's day-to-day operations. With over 12 years of Financial Services experience behind him, Kevin is a pivotal force behind the Origin powerhouse.
Prior to becoming a founding executive member of Origin, Kevin was a branch manager with TD Canada Trust where he earned recognition as one of the top quartile of all branch managers within TD Canada Trust. Kevin has always expected the best from himself and those around him. His outstanding ability to motivate excellence and high performance has inspired many of the unique marketing and operations incentives that Origin offers today.
